Ticket Inclusions
The purchase of a ticket grants the holder access solely to the designated events and sessions as specified by the organizers. Tickets do not include accommodation, meals, transportation, or any other ancillary services before, during, or after the event.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants are solely responsible for arranging and managing their own accommodation, food, transportation, and any other personal requirements throughout the duration of the event. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any arrangements or services not explicitly stated as included with the ticket.
Liability and Indemnity
While the organizers endeavor to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, they accept no liability for any injury, loss, damage, or theft to persons or personal belongings occurring during the event. Participants attend at their own risk and are encouraged to take appropriate precautions to safeguard themselves and their property.
